Tattoo studio owner faces off with entitled customer in their DMs: 'What sort of way is this to conduct your business?'

One bold tattoo studio owner wasn't afraid to face off with an unruly potential client! 

Having a boss who won't bow down to crabby customers is a true blessing. At so many jobs, bosses truly do let the customers act like they're never wrong. They take the "customer is always right" mentality to heart, even when it comes at the cost of their employees' well-being. This owner seems like a seasoned professional when it comes to swatting down disrespectful customers, and I can only imagine that his employees love him for that!

After a while of working with the general populace, you grow a thick skin. Any Karen comments just roll right off your shoulders, because you've heard them a thousand times and you know the customer is wrong. If you're the boss, like this dude is, you can also take it a step further by kicking the customer out of your shop, or even taking it a step further by refusing them service indefinitely. Although this type of conduct isn't the most professional way to speak to a customer, this tattoo-seeker just didn't seem to understand the most basic rules of normal etiquette. Like, if a shop is closed, you can't just push your way inside and expect service! It's just not going to happen! You simply cannot reason with people like this, so this person just shrugged their shoulders and decided to write some sassy DMs instead.
